Cycles of Change APC is a partnership between two non-profits, Cycles of Change and Alameda Point Collaborative (APC). Cycles of Change offers bicycle education programs to low-income youth throughout the East Bay. APC works to end homelessness by providing housing and services to 500 formerly homeless individuals and families.
The 5000+ square foot shop offers refurbished bicycle sales which support its earn-a-bike program, community shop hours with tools and expert mechanic advice, job training, and ride programs. There are over 250 bicycles available for sale!
