Cycles of Change APC is a non-profit community bike shop located on a former naval base in Alameda, California.

We offer a community repair shop, earn-a-bike program, paid job-training for APC residents, bicycle donation center, volunteer opportunities, used bike sales and full-service repairs.

Our mission is to empower local communities by offering recycled bicycle services that are safe, vibrant, creative, and self-sustaining.
